MDL 60-AR50 PETG

MDL 60-AR50 is a glycol-modified polyethylene terephthalate (PETG) copolyester sheet and rollstock solution formulated with Eastman Eastar(TM) Renew 6763, a 100% virgin PETG resin containing up to 50% advanced recycled* content certified by the ISCC** through mass balance allocation. It achieves the same physical properties and certifications as PETG rollstock formulated with Eastman Eastar(TM) 6763, MDL 60. It is exceptionally clear, remarkably tough, has good impact and puncture resistance proving excellent protection and easy identification of sterile barrier packed contents. It is easy to mold with little to no trim dust, no stress whitening and can be processed within a wide thermoforming window. It is easily sealed to a variety of substrates. MDL 60-AR50 meets ISO 10993/USP Class VI biocompatibility, FDA, USDA, REACH and CA Proposition 65 requirements and can be sterilized by ethylene oxide (EO), gamma, electron beam and plasma gas.

MDL 62-AR50 PETG

MDL 62-AR50 is a glycol-modified polyethylene terephthalate (PETG) copolyester sheet or rollstock solution formulated with SK ECOTRIA(TM) S2008-CR50, a 100% virgin PETG resin containing up to 50% advanced recycled content and is ISCC** Plus certified through mass balance allocation. Standing up to the stringent quality demands of the healthcare industry, MDL 62-AR50 achieves the same physical properties and certifications as PETG rollstock formulated with SK SKYGREEN S2008, MDL 62; including ISO 10993, USP Class VI biocompatibility, FDA, REACH and CA Proposition 65 and can be sterilized by ethylene oxide (EO), gamma, electron beam and plasma gas.

AGL 69 RPETG

AGL 69 is a sustainable, utility-grade glycol-modified polyethylene terephthalate (RPETG) sheet and rollstock solution extruded with post-industrial recycled (PIR) content. It is clear, tough, has good impact and puncture resistance proving excellent protection and easy identification of packaged contents. It is easy to mold with little to no trim dust, no stress whitening and can be processed within a wide thermoforming window. AGL 69 meets the health and safety requirements for REACH, RoHS, CONEG and CA Proposition 65. It can be extruded clear, colored, coated or include custom additives to meet your requirements. MDL 55-AR99 is an extruded amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (APET) polyester sheet or rollstock solution formulated with SK chemicals SKYPET(TM) CR-BL, a resin exclusive to Pacur in North America. It is a 100% virgin APET resin produced using up to 98.5% advanced recycled* content and is ISCC** Plus certified through mass balance allocation.
